What exactly do we do?
You’re part of an important outbound contact center team that makes calls on behalf of prestigious medtech and B2B brands—including Fortune 500 companies. We don’t do customer service, collections, consumer calling or telesales that often come off awkward and scripted.
You initiate natural, peer-to-peer conversations with decision-makers at hospitals, medical facilities and other business organizations to determine their interest in buying our clients’ products and services. High-pressure? No. Interesting and rewarding? Yes.
