We train

We hire for passion and train for skill. No previous sales experience required. Our experienced inside sales trainers engage you with one-on-one coaching, role playing and classroom instruction to teach you valuable skills before you make a single call. Career development opportunities include the ability to mentor others and become lead-generation certified.

What exactly do we do?

You’re part of an important outbound contact center team that makes calls on behalf of prestigious medtech and B2B brands—including Fortune 500 companies. We don’t do customer service, collections, consumer calling or telesales that often come off awkward and scripted.

You initiate natural, peer-to-peer conversations with decision-makers at hospitals, medical facilities and other business organizations to determine their interest in buying our clients’ products and services. High-pressure? No. Interesting and rewarding? Yes.
