Over the past 3 years, we have accomplished many initiatives together, including:
Created a quarterly telemarketing campaign template that enabled us to quickly build new campaigns by leveraging the scripts, reports and database (dB) rules etc. of previous campaigns.
Consolidated our databases and built a robust Relational Database that contained over 1.1 million company records.
Created dB documentation that governs the usage of the SMB dB including:
Monitoring the frequency of touch
Maintaining customer privacy
