Bruce Volkart: Chairman/Partner

Bruce Volkart is Chairman and Managing Partner for Volkart May. For more than nine years prior to founding Volkart May, Bruce was Principal and President of Andcor Companies, a Minneapolis firm providing full-service executive search as well as general human resource consulting services.

Bruce is on the Board of Directors for the Business Marketing Association and is an active member of the Midwest Direct Marketing Association. Previously, Bruce served on the Board of Directors of the Twin West Chamber of Commerce in Minneapolis and was a Chairperson of the Chamber’s Small Business Council. Bruce also served on the Board of Advisors for the Business to Business Database Marketing national conference.

Christina (Chris) Temperante: CEO/Partner

Chris Temperante is CEO and Managing Partner for Volkart May. Chris joined Volkart May in May 2008 from Hutchinson Technology Inc. where she was President of the Medical division for six years.

Chris worked with 3M Company for 21 years starting in Finance and moving into New Business Development and Global Marketing Management within the company’s Medical Device division. After working at 3M Co., Chris was Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Professional Services for Graseby, Inc., a North and South American branch of a British medical device company and spin-off of 3M Co. Graseby is now SIMS Deltec, Inc. Chris also worked for the medical device company, Medamicus, Inc. where she was Vice President and General Manager of the Gynecology division.

Chris currently serves as Chair of the St. Paul Conservatory of Music and CEO Roundtable and is on the University of St. Thomas MBA Career Advisory Board.
